This elegant flower vase is made using Suruga Take-Sensuji Zaiku, a traditional bamboo craft from Japan. Its shape is inspired by the tsuzumi, a traditional Japanese hand drum.
It's handmade by the craftsmen of Chikudai Kobo. In the middle of the vase, there's a special ring called "chuwa." This makes the whole shape look neat and tight, and it also makes the thin bamboo strips stronger — a clever detail that shows the skill of the maker.
The design is simple and classic, made so that the flowers you put inside can really shine. It's colored in a deep brown, giving it a calm and stylish look that fits in almost any room.
